I have a great passion for the work that I do - I love my job and I want to help people.  I firmly believe that fitness should be fun and should fit into your lifestyle.  Getting in a quick and fun workout is a lot easier than heading out for a 6 hour hike every other day.


I have had a passion for health and fitness my whole life.  In my late teens when it was all aerobics, I attended as many classes as I could fit into my day when one of the instructors asked "why don’t you teach the class"? So I did. I have now been a certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years.


I really enjoy putting the “personal” in personal training and helping people find what works for them.  I know the limited time and energy we all have and I work diligently to put together efficient fitness programs that maximize my client's needs and goals.


My clients range from teenagers through seniors, including promising young athletes, all with diverse goals from weight loss to rehabilitation. Several of my clients have been with me for 10 years or more; a true testament to the relationships I build with my clients.


If you don’t enjoy what you do for exercise, you won’t do it.  Finding something that you enjoy and someone who can make it fun, exciting and educational in a safe environment is what I bring to everyone I train.  I’ll make you want to workout.
