Education and Motivation
During your workout, Caroline will demonstrate the exercises and can also explain the science behind them. After over 25 years training clients of all ages and backgrounds, she has the knowledge and skills it takes to create realistic and safe workouts, but she also looks for the chemistry that will keep you motivated and consistently working out.

Balance
You’ll learn how to maximize your workouts to get the job done quickly, efficiently and effectively. She will demonstrate how to perform exercises properly and explain why we do them so that you get the most benefit out of the move while at the same time reducing the risk of injury.  

                                                       Communication

 

Don't worry about what fitness level you are starting out at;

there is no judging in these workouts. Caroline creates very friendly, comfortable, non- threatening

environment. She'll create a custom plan specifically tailored for you, your body and your needs/goals.  There is no question that you'll feel more accountable. You'll be less likely to skip workouts. You're going to want to maintain your new strength and shape, and are more likely to workout consistently and eat a lot better.
